Privacy Policy
How Beauty Biz Pro collects, uses, and protects personal data on this site, and the choices you have.
Last updated .
In plain words
A short guide to the policy below. It does not replace the full policy.
- If you are just browsing
- We collect usage data such as your IP address, browser, the pages you visit, and when. Cookies help run the site and measure traffic. Google Analytics measures visits and actions. The Meta pixel measures our advertising and can show our ads on Meta platforms to people who visited this site. Embedded Vimeo or YouTube videos may process usage information when loaded. On your first page we keep, in your browser's session storage, the page you landed on, the campaign or site that sent you, whether you arrived from a Google or Meta ad click, and the last specialty page you viewed. If you book a call, these go with your booking so we know which page and campaign led to it.
- If you take the assessment
- You get a recommendation without giving contact details. Your answers and entry page may be stored in your browser's session storage. Analytics records that you completed the assessment, with the entry page and the business type you selected.
- If you request follow-up
- If the follow-up option is available and you select it, we receive your email address, mobile number, optional first name, answers, recommendation, and a record of your consent to be contacted by email, phone call, and text message about your results. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use beautybizpro.com (the "Service") and the choices you have associated with that data. The Service is operated by Beauty Biz Pro, a brand of PMU Marketer, LLC ("we," "us," "our").
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.
Information we collect
Personal data
When you book a call or contact us, we receive the contact details, scheduling information, business information and messages you provide. Booking is handled through Calendly, whose form shows the information requested for that appointment. Your booking also carries the attribution described under Usage data: the page you landed on, the campaign or site that sent you, and the specialty page you viewed last.
The growth assessment provides a recommendation without requiring contact details. Your answers and entry page may be stored in your browser's session storage to support the assessment and booking attribution. If an optional follow-up form is available and you select it, we receive your email address, mobile number, optional first name, answers, recommendation and a record of your consent to be contacted by email, phone call and text message about your results. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Usage data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This may include your device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data. On your first page we keep, in your browser's session storage, the page you landed on, the campaign or site that sent you, whether you arrived from a Google or Meta ad click, and the last specialty page you viewed. If you book a call, these go with your booking so we know which page and campaign led to it.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of the Service may not work without them.

Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and security, Calendly for booking, and service providers for customer records and requested email follow-up. Optional assessment follow-up uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. These services may process technical information such as your IP address and browser information. Embedded videos from Vimeo or YouTube may also process usage information when loaded. Their handling of information is described in their own privacy policies.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and actions such as opening our booking page, completing the assessment and clicking community links. These events may include the page visited, entry page and selected business type. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See the Google privacy policy.
Advertising
We use the Meta pixel to measure the results of our advertising and to show ads on Meta platforms to people who have visited this site. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
Transfer of data
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ. Your submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this policy.
Disclosure of data
We may disclose your personal data in the good-faith belief that doing so is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend our rights or property, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or to protect against legal liability.
Security
The security of your data is important to us, but no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data and cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Service may contain links to sites we do not operate. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
