What the 30 minutes covers

1. Where business is getting lost. How inquiries reach you, how fast they get a reply, and how full the calendar is.
2. What to fix first. The offer, the follow-up, or the systems behind the calendar. One priority, with the reason.
3. Whether we fit, and the next step. Which of ads, Beauty Biz AI, or coaching fits now and which does not yet. If we are not the right team, you hear what to do instead.

Rough numbers are fine. If you know your inquiries a week, bookings a week, average ticket, or no-show rate, bring them. If you do not track them yet, say so. We start from what you know.
